The bank will have to be put in funds once the choice of property is firm, in order to carry out the valuation. The result of the valuation will determine the exact capital the bank will lend. The deal is then next to completion. Prior to closing the deal at the Notary Public office, the bank will have to be credited with the rest of the costs.
